Debbie is a native North Carolinian and graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Computer Information Systems. She spent her early career as a buyer in a multi-chain family owned business. Debbie’s role here at Metro is to oversee the day-to-day operations of all three Metro locations. Debbie is passionate about CrossFit and a walking to testament to the positive impact CrossFit can make on your health.
