Personal Training

Our experienced staff of nationally certified personal trainers have diverse backgrounds and training styles. They will develop a customized training program so that you make the most of your workout while working towards your fitness goals.

You’ll begin your one-on-one training with a comprehensive fitness assessment. This evaluation provides your trainer with valuable information about your present state of physical fitness and health. Data collected includes a health history questionnaire, vital statistics, body mass index and body composition testing, strength and muscular endurance tests and a functional movement screen. Results from the assessment will be used to create a personalized fitness program.

Depending on your goals, your program will include a variety of training components such as strength, flexibility, core training and cardiovascular fitness. Your trainer will provide you with the expertise, motivation, instant feedback and encouragement you need to attain your personal health/fitness goals. Your sessions will be an efficient and effective use of your time.

Personal training is available for members and non-members of Metro Fitness Club. We also offer semi-private and small group training if you want to share your training experience with friends, family or co-workers.
