Introducing CrossFit LITE: Barbell-Free Programming Offered in Every Class

What is it?

CrossFit LITE is programming for those who want to CrossFit but would like to avoid barbell movements. Working with the barbell can be intimidating and many athletes simply don’t have a desire to perform barbell movements or to lift heavy. And that’s okay!

Whether you’re a new athlete just starting out and want to keep things simple until you get the hang of this whole CrossFit thing or a veteran who prefers barbell-free workouts, CrossFit LITE is the solution for you. Don’t be fooled, this programming isn’t easy. You’ll still perform functional, high intensity movements but using equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells and your own body weight instead of barbells.

Our CrossFit LITE programming is available to athletes in every class that we offer. CrossFit LITE movements will focus on building muscle recruitment, balance, strength, core stability and more.
