A firm believer in functional and sport specific training, Mike‘s talent in coaching and program design earned him five successful seasons as strength and conditioning coach for two NBA teams - the Charlotte Bobcats and Chicago Bulls. Along with his professional experience, Mike has worked with college and high school athletes in both a team and individual setting - creating programs specifically designed for their needs. His career started at the University of Connecticut, where he not only earned a degree in exercise science, but also dedicated a majority of his time to working with the country’s best NCAA athletes, including men’s and women’s basketball, football and soccer.
