Our camp aims to develop and optimize an athlete’s sports performance. Athletes will be introduced to different athletic movements; learn how to execute strength and power exercises; develop proper technique; improve balance & stability; enhance mobility & flexibility; and develop strength, speed, and power. Safety and injury prevention is our #1 priority, which will promote longevity in an athlete’s career. Overall, our practitioners will utilize a range of training approaches to enhance both health- and skill-related components of their sports performance. Likewise, our comprehensive camp will provide the youth athlete with periodized training programs for successful long-term athletic development.
