I like to help people with their overall fitness and am motivated by seeing people get results. If I can help lay the ground work for someone to achieve long term results then I have succeeded. Everyone is different and has different goals. I work on establishing a program that is consistent with their personal goal and motivating people towards achieving their goal. Varied clients aged 15 to 85.
