My training philosophy:
I have been training clients all day, every day for over 10 years. During this time I have worked with clients of all backgrounds and fitness levels and what I’ve learned more than anything is how to connect with and create relationships with my clients that are long-term and meaningful. My goal for my clients is to see them not only become fitter and stronger but also more well-rounded overall in regards to fitness, diet and lifestyle. I believe that finding this balance allows for greater self-confidence and happiness in their day-to-day life. My training style is mostly functional with an emphasis on building core stabilization and body control through the use of bodyweight exercises before adding external load. I enjoy working with a variety of equipment from stability balls to punching bags to TRX and more.
My hobbies outside of the gym:
Whitewater Center, hiking, climbing, yoga, snowboarding, skiing, football, soccer, golf, hanging out with my niece.
