Athletic Background: I bring over eight years of professional training experience. After being a soccer player, I decided to pursue my true passion for fitness. My love and interest in health and fitness has led me to inspire others to better their health.
I specialize in both individual and group training. My training programs include cardiovascular and functional training, as well as nutritional guidance.
How did you fall in love with CrossFit? CrossFit is a functional method of training – from strength, power and speed to cardiovascular endurance. I love to challenge my body.

What is your favorite workout music? I like any kind of music
How would you describe your coaching style? I specialize in weight loss, cardiovascular training, and strengthening conditioning. I’m dedicated 100 % to my clients. It’s an unbelievably rewarding experience to see someone understand what it is to be fit. I only accept a select number of clients who are committed to making changes and improving their performance.
