What certifications do you hold?
I’m licensed and certified through National Personal Training Institute by the State of NC. I’m also CPR/AED certified.
Do you have any specializations/areas of interest?
My specializations are very broad…I’ve trained pre- and post-natal, elderly, 50+ and every age in between. I also love working with clients for weight loss and I’ve done sports specific training for youth. I have experience in high endurance exercises, strength training and flexibility and injury prevention along with core conditioning and cardiovascular fitness programming.
What is your philosophy on exercise and health?
I promote a healthy lifestyle during every single session with my clients. With a steady routine of exercise plus a balanced nutrition plan there is no reason for you not to see the results you are looking to achieve. I’m very honest with everyone! I reassure everyone that results don’t happen over night, to always stay on track and be positive even on those tough days in the gym. My motto is Consistency = Results.
What are your interests and hobbies outside of the gym?
My hobbies are basically practicing what I preach…. I enjoy high endurance exercises, strength training and core conditioning, running and hiking. I love to laugh and have a good time…Time spent with my family and friends is also huge part of my life!
