Personal Training: One on One

Our nationally certified Metro Fitness Club personal trainers will develop a customized training program so that you make the most of your time in the gym. You’ll begin your one-on-one training with a comprehensive fitness assessment. This evaluation provides your trainer with valuable information about your present state of physical fitness and health. Data collected includes a health history questionnaire, vital statistics, body mass index and body composition testing, strength and muscular endurance tests, and a functional movement screen. Results from the assessment will be used to create a personalized fitness program that meets your needs and goals.

Depending on your goals, your program will include a variety of training components such as; strength, flexibility, core training and cardiovascular fitness. Your trainer will provide you with the expertise, motivation, instant feedback and encouragement you need to attain your personal health/fitness goals. Expect your one-on-one workouts to be an efficient and effective use of your time (and money!)

Personal Training: Semi-Private Training

Share your hour with a friend or family member. Your tailor-made exercise program will include partner drills and exercises, as well as individual functional, strength and cardiovascular training.
