Olympic Lifting

Our Olympic Lifting Fundamentals class will teach you how to execute Olympic lifts properly. The Olympic lifts – the clean and jerk and the snatch (and their variations) take great strength, power, flexibility, concentration and lifting technique to master. These lifts aren’t terribly difficult to learn, as long as you have proper coaching and consistent practice. Your Metro Fitness lifting coach will make sure you are lifting properly to ensure you maximize your power development and reduce any risk of injury.
