Team WOD:
400m Barbell Run
25 DB Thrusters
20 Wall Balls
100 AB mat sit ups
After your team returns from the run one person will begin with the thrusters, the other with the wall balls. You can only switch when all the reps are completed for each exercise (if you completed WB’s you need to wait for your partner to finish the thrusters before you begin thrusters). Only 1 person at a time can perform the sit ups. Complete 4 rounds for time.
